Chicago attorney Tina Tchen — who was in contact with Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx before the charges were dropped against former “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett — refused to be served with a subpoena on Wednesday, according to the process server.

You might remember the bizarre events surrounding the Smollett hate crime hoax.
Chicago police arrested the actor after they learned he staged his own hate crime. But after Tina Tchen got in touch with Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx, the privileged actor got off the hook.
Americans were outraged that this man could frame Trump supporters for a crime that didn’t happen—and get away with it.
We later learned that Smollett is friends with many Democrats and even has a connection with Michelle Obama.
Oh, and Tina Tchen was Michelle Obama’s chief of staff. That’s pretty convenient.
Tchen was just served with a subpoena to testify over her involvement with the case. Big surprise! She refused to accept the subpoena.
Have something to hide, Tchen? Maybe you got in touch with Foxx, on orders of Michelle? Maybe Michelle was trying to get her buddy Smollett off the hook.
We know that the Obama’s came out of the corrupt, Chicago political scene. They still have more than a few friends in Illinois they can bend to their will.
So, did Michelle get Tchen to obstruct this case? We don’t know. But Tchen’s refusal to cooperate now is pretty suspicious.
