Today Mike Flynn got the best kind of news when a panel of judges basically dismissed his case.
The full Appellate Court can opt to hear the case and may overrule the three-judge panel but that seems unlikely.
And now we learn that former Vice President Joe Biden and Barack Obama are directly implicated in the Mike Flynn hit job.
Newly released documents prove that Biden was in the room when they were discussing the Flynn situation and he mentioned the “Logan Act.”
It’s not clear what Biden said about the 1799 law, but Flynn’s legal team said “it appears” he “personally raised the idea” during a meeting with Obama and Comey.
Remember, they were going to clear Flynn and call off the dogs but a mysterious intervention from the top of the FBI kept the case open and we know the rest…

Now we know that Obama and Biden were directly involved in the sham Flynn investigation.
Strzok’s newly released notes also suggest the secret Oval Office meeting on January 5 was the reason the Flynn investigation was not closed.
Strzok also noted that Obama DIRECTLY ordered an investigation into Flynn, saying “Have the right people on the case.”
Then-FBI Director James Comey said the calls between Flynn and Kislyak “appear legit” but they went ahead with the hit job against Flynn.
“Strzok’s notes believed to be of January 4, 2017, reveal that former President Obama, James Comey, Sally Yates, Joe Biden and apparently Susan Rice discussed the transcripts of Flynn’s calls and how to proceed against him.”
